What are my benefits as an SG Rewards member? 

You can now earn points for every eligible dollar you spend and redeem for free menu items with future orders. Plus, you’ll get exclusive offers, deals and early access to unique member exclusives. Reward items are subject to change so be sure to review the reward chart (found in the app or online) frequently to ensure you know the current rewards available.

What are Offers and how can I participate in them? 

Offers are a benefit available to SG Rewards members that will show up in the rewards account section of the Sweetgreen app (iOS or Android) or order.sweetgreen.com. When an offer becomes available you can participate by following the directions received in your notification. You’ll progress by completing certain actions, and once complete you will have earned the reward associated with that offer. Rewards will appear in the “Rewards and Points” section of the Sweetgreen app and order.sweetgreen.com and will be available to select at checkout. Additional terms may apply to these offers.

How do I earn points and how many points can I earn on my order?

You can earn 10 points for every eligible $1 spent excluding taxes, tips, fees,  gift card purchases, merchandise purchases, third-party delivery orders and catering orders. Points can only be earned on delivery, pick-up and Outpost purchases made on the Sweetgreen app (iOS or Android) or on order.sweetgreen.com, as well as in-store purchases by scanning the QR code in the Sweetgreen app that links to your account at checkout. You will not earn points on orders placed through third-party delivery marketplaces, including but not limited to UberEats, Doordash, Postmates, GrubHub or Caviar. At this time, orders placed at Infinite Kitchen kiosks in person will not qualify for points, but we are currently working on this!

Can I earn and redeem points in-store?

Definitely! Navigate to the QR code on your home screen of the Sweetgreen app. Once you scan at the register, tell the team member which reward you would like to apply to your order. Those points will then be deducted from your account. At this time, orders placed at Infinite Kitchen kiosks in person will not qualify for points, but we are currently working on this!

Can I redeem rewards and earn points on the same order?

Yes! If you redeem a reward, the remaining subtotal value will be eligible to earn points. 

Can I transfer points from one account to another?

No, points are nontransferable. 

What can I redeem with my points?

Reward items are subject to change so be sure to review the reward chart frequently to ensure you know the current rewards available based on the points you have available to redeem.  You can find the reward chart in the app or online.

Is there a limit on how many rewards I can redeem in a single transaction?

Only one (1) reward item can be redeemed in a single transaction. For example, you can redeem 350 points for free focaccia, but cannot redeem 850 points for free focaccia and a free crispy rice treat in a single transaction, even if you have enough points to do so. 

When will points be deposited into my account? How will I know when I earn points?

Points earned on eligible purchases will be deposited into your account within 24-48 hours after purchase. 

When do my points expire? 

Points expire 180 days after they are deposited in your account.

Are reward discounts applied before taxes and fees?

Yes, reward discounts are applied before taxes and fees.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, you must create an account to place an order.

Where can I find my SG Rewards account details? 

Navigate to the Rewards tab on your app to view your point balance and history.  You can also view this information on order.sweetgreen.com.  

How do I edit my SG Rewards account details? 

You can update account details under the Profile section under Account in the app.

Can I change the email address associated with my SG Rewards account?

No, we are unable to change the email associated with your SG Rewards account.

How do I delete my SG Rewards account?

Please reach out to our customer support team at hello@sweetgreen.com should you want to opt out of the SG Rewards program.
